StaffBright is seeking a Field Technical Specialist to join our client in Southfield, MI. Ideal candidates will have experience with 12 Volts Direct Current, hands-on field experience, hardware, and working with various tools. This role will require traveling to customers - Up to 80%.
What We'll Need From You:
- Help new customers get started and train them to use the product.
- Support sales trials by discussing needs, reviewing solutions, and installing hardware.
- Troubleshoot and install hardware on tractor-trailers.
- Respond quickly to customer questions and issues via phone and email.
- Work with the development team to fix product issues and improve customer experience.
- Manage equipment installations on vehicles and trailers.
- Teaching OEMs how to install and troubleshoot the equipment.
What We Need From You:
- 4+ years experience with in-field installation
- Hands-on role, must be comfortable working in the field (installs, troubleshooting) experience.
- Mechanical aptitude – comfortable working with wiring and power tools as needed.
- Common knowledge of 12 VDC wiring and cellular network operations.
